I had the same experience so I think I can help you. You need appointment for each of your family member who has business there. It's better to make all appointments at one time. There's a bug in their software so you have to get out after you make one appointment and get back in for another. Find one date which has multiple openings so that you can have all appointments on one day, hopefully, the time will also be close enough. Good luck!
