有關485批準後辦手續的問題

收到通知，讓帶照片到當地移民局辦公時間辦綠卡辦理手續。我全家按照通知的要求照了相，一大早開車2個多小時趕到移民局。結果不讓進，程序改了，要預約(可通知上沒有要求預約)，而且照片的要求也改了。讓回家上網預約。

現在預約的情況是，全家3個，一個約在早上9點，一個約在下午1點，還有一個到現在還沒有約上，老是顯示“At this time, there are no information appointments available for the office in your area. Please try back again later”.

有沒有朋友最近辦過這樣的手續。是否全家一個預約就可以了？
