出生公證求教

uscis 要出生證。我的出生證是派出所開的，就一頁紙，中文。我還有個出生公證（notarial certificate)。是本冊子，中英文都有。表明我的名字，出生地和父母名字。

我的問題是，uscis 所要求的出生證是那個notarial certificate，還是我那個一頁紙的，派出所開的出生證？一點混淆。請指點。多謝了。
