多謝8老師，看來如果這樣必須回中國簽H4？

-Had better do it in China, but Canada may be OK if the H4 I-94 is still valid. But I don't think you need to worry about it and may just work using EAD. If the H4 holder I-485 is denied, just go to China to get the H4 visa to come back an dit is not big deal. As long as you keep your H1 valid, your spouse does not need to care about his/her status is H4 or AOS at this point.
