多謝8老師H4的797上有I94。排期是06/2008，H1/H4要2013/09過期。485交了，各種焦慮就來了，就像這一切穩妥起見，盡管都說EB2的485被拒概率很低。

-You just keep your H1 and your spouse will be fine even if she is not under H4 status (she can go to China get the H4 visa any time to reinstate her H4 status).

 

還有一個擔心就是140批了後公司搬了辦公地址，和perm/140時的地址相距5mile，同一個zip，同一個metro area。聽說同一個metro area就沒事，不知道是不是？
