試釋 I-485 pending 換工作的 180 天


I am EB2, Perm and 140 approved 2 years ago, and filed 485 one month ago, and get layoffed today. What should I do?

If I get a new job in same field and use H1B, will my 485 still valid? - Yes, if it is not adjudicated within 180 days.

Can I use EAD? - Sure
