Urgent, please help, file 485 one month ago, got layoffed.

I am EB2, Perm and 140 approved 2 years ago, and filed 485 one month ago, and get layoffed today. What should I do? If I get a new job in same field and use H1B, will my 485 still valid? Can I use EAD?
