我是NIW的主申請人，目前在PA。家人在IL。計劃是我也會在幾個月後搬到IL。所以，我希望我們的mailing address在IL，但打指紋在各自的工作地點。我們這個情況，應該是單獨遞交485，還是應該一起交？如果是一起交，應該是按PA住址交，還是按IL住址交？
-All your family can file the I-485s concurrently and use one common address in all the I-485s, either in PA or IL. But everyone needs to put the personal living address in G-325A because G-325A is used for background check. Then, after get the biometric appointments, just mail it to the person in another state to do the fingrinting there. Because all the biometrics are put into the same system, it does not matter where you do it.
我的所有表填PA的住址，但485表 C/O一欄填IL的地址，是不是以後我的文件就可以都寄到IL，而在PA打指紋？另外，家人現在已經是EAD工作，這次在跟485一起交EAD申請，實際上應該是申請延期了，用不用單獨再交EAD的申請費？再次感謝，祝新年快樂！
