回複：請教老師：H4遞交485的問題

我有H1B，孩子是隨我的H4念書。我剛遞交485申請，考慮到485被拒的可能性而影響孩子，打算等485批準後馬上遞孩子的485。問題是：

1.       如果我的485批準後，我不再是H1B, 孩子也失去H4，孩子該以何合法身份遞485申請？

-If your child does not want to file I-485 now, he/she had better change the H4 to F1. Then, he/she can file his/her I-485 any time later even if after you get your green card. By the way, your child has to file I-485 before he/she turns 21 (CSPA age).

 

2.       有沒有其他可行的辦法？
