謝謝老師的回複！還有一問，孩子能否用follow-join的方式遞485？


-Yes. As I said above, your child can file I-485 any time even if efter you get the green card. But he/she has to have a status if he/she stay in US before filing I-485. So, he/she had better change the H4 status to F1 now if he/she does not want to file I-485 yet.
