-The problem is that after your spouse get the J1 or H1 visa to enter US, your status is invalid and can not change your status to J2 or H4 within US. So, he had better change his status to J1 or H1 within US and at the same time, you change your status to J2 or H1 with him.
或者我需要在老公opt結束前申請轉B2簽證，
-Doable, but it is hard to say you can get your B2 approval.
這樣繼續合法待在美國，等老公簽證過來後，我再回國簽H4或者J2。
-You can leave US without change your status to B2 immedaitely after your spouse enters US using J1 or H1 visa.
另外一個方法，就是叫我媽媽在中興辦理B2簽證（她離開美國還不到一年），讓她盡快來美國，她持B2簽證來美國陪我女兒，我和我老公回國簽證，
我們都走了，我媽媽持B2能呆著美國嗎，對她有影響嗎。
