-It is irrelevant to the school because his OPT is ending.

我們會努力爭取。

我還有個問題，就是我老公回國，我就啥身份不轉，繼續呆一個月左右等他回來，是非法還是合法滯留

-When his OPT ends, you are out of status if you do nothing. So, you only can go outside US to get the visa to come back.
