i am j-1 visa holder now and i can not get waiver from either chinese consulate or usa goverment. so i am going to imigrate to canada just like you did before.
for worrying about the two-years rule, i asked a imigration lawer and he told me that i could imigrate to canada but i have to go back china first for two years if i want to re-enter usa even i could get canadian citizenship.
but your fact is you have already come back to usa without any waiver. have you stayed in china for two years during your imigrating status in canada? maybe you did but you just even don't know about that yet.
i am confused...could you share your info with me?
thanks a lot.
