現在在積極找工作的同時，也在爭取公司內部relocation。現得到消息有可能可以relocate到鄰近一州的辦公室從事一樣的工作，我想問PJIANG和8老師，

1.對我這種180天不到的情況，可不可以用AC21，或者說我或者公司需要做什麽。比如H1 amendment,或者我可以用EAD而不需要他們做任何事情？

-Just file the H1 extension using the new location for the LCA and H1 filing before your current H1 expires on 1/8/2012.

2.公司用的是fragomen，以我在過去幾年和公司律師打交道的經驗，律師一定會do everything by the book,我想知道的是如果真的by the book來做，我是不是還是需要重新辦PERM和140。

-If the lawyer want to do and the company will pay the fee, just let them to fiel PERM and I-140. This will not affect your old I-140 and I-485. As long as your I-485 pending >= 180 days, your I-485 is safe even if you change the job location now.

3.根據過去幾天找工作的結果，現在覺得有很大可能很快能找到一個願意為我辦H1的相似工作，若即使留在公司內部也還要把所有的都走一遍，不知道是不是留在同一個公司會risk相對較小一些呢？
