回複：EB２廣告的新職位

如果我在當前的單位已工作超過三年。 現在單位願意幫我辦GC EB２。 律師說打廣告的新職位要與我當前做的職位不一樣。

-Had better not the same if your current position is not required Master's degree or not required Bachelor degree plus 5 year experience. It is easy to use another title.

 我在當前的單位取得經驗也不能算。 是這樣嗎？

-Correct. Unless you have Master's degree, otherwise, you may not be qualified for EB2 due to lack of working experience from another employer.
