現在我麵臨大問題。我是加拿大公民。3星期前在H-1b pending狀況下去加拿大被拒入境美國，於是立即改簽TN入境 （按理說H-1b pending已被取消）。現收到H-1b approved letter. 因此現實上我有兩個簽證。

可是CBP官員說一個人不能同時有兩個簽證。

請教皮老師，8老師，如何處理雙重簽證H-1b/TN？

-Just check the H1 I-94 effective date on the H1 approval notice and compare it with your TN I-94 effective date (the date you entered US from Canada). Based on the last action rule, if the H1 I-94/status effective date is later than your TN status effective date, your current status is H1, not TN. Otherwise, your current status is TN, not H1.
