回複：急問：EB2綠卡申請和H1B工作地點和現在h1b是在同一大公司的不同地點。

老公綠卡申請 485 12月份排期到，可是申請的時候H1B和綠卡工作地點美國別的州， 後來因為種種原因調到同一公司其他州別的部門工作並WORK AT HOME，H1b也改到現在地點. 現在要交485， 公司律師說讓回原來工作地點， 說是如果綠卡申請地點和工作地點不在一起會有麻煩。 

-I agree with your lawyer if the PERM is specific only for work at the original location, not including the new location. But if the employer can give your spouse a letter addressing that your spouse will work at the original location after he gets the green card though he is working at the new location currently, then it will may be Ok for his I-485. Of course, he does not have to work at the old location after he gets the green card, but the employer needs to issue letter to meet the requirement of the PERM based I-485 filing.

可 是我們已在這兒 居住並且買了房子，我也在這兒工作。 孩子們也在上學。 要回隻能老公一人回去堅持到綠卡批準。 可我一人工作又帶孩子很難。

我的問題是：1）USCIS 查不查人到底在什麽地方？可不可以WORK AT HOME 而還在現在地點住（他現在ANYWAY也WORK AT HOME)？

            2）公司綠卡申請裏要填住址嗎？ （迄今為止所有信件都由公司律師收發）這個地址一定要和以前工作地點在一個州嗎？ 這樣才能證明他在原來州（同一公司）工作？

             3）如果他在原來州租個房子（這樣有個地址）。 回到現在地點（同一公司）WORK AT HOME可以嗎？ USCIS 會查嗎？

             4）如果他回到原來地點工作， 可H1B 還是（同一公司）現在地點， 回去有用嗎？

馬上就要告訴律師， 不知怎末辦， 問了很多問題不知說清楚了沒有， 謝謝了！
