如果485繼續pending, 我又找到新工作，可以在美國國內轉成H1B嗎？

-No if you do not extend your H4, but you can get the H1 visa outside US and return to US to get the H1 status.

主要是想多一個身份，以免485有閃失。

-You can go outside US to get the H1 or H4 visa to enter US to get the H1 or H4 status if your I-485 is denied.
