如果485被拒，我回到中國去申請H4，簽證官會不會因為我以前在美國申請過485，且用過EAD在美工作而拒簽我的H4（以有移民傾向為由）？

-No because H1/H4 visa is dual intent (allow the applicant have immigration intent).
