For my Q1, you said "The RP can allow her to stay in US for < two years."

Does RP has 2 years limit on it, but it is for stay outside of US? Does my mom need to stay in US for more than a year to be eligible to apply for another RP?

what is the better interval for RP appications? I just don;t want to trigger any attentions on her GC status. She doesn;t care citizenship that much.
