回複：綠卡緊急求助！！

今年夏天突然受到RFE要求證明我還在從事類似工作，打電話過去，說可以回信說已經有綠卡就可以了。我照做後，今天收到來信說我當時綠卡發錯了，所以不是綠卡身份，要求30天內提供證明。但是我拿到綠卡後就出來開了個公司，同一行業，剛剛起步，我想用這個公司做證明可以嘛？

-I think it may work if your duties are in the same/similar area as the one in your I-140. Based on AC21, I do not see any limit for the job change to self-employment. But because you did not have the EAD to work for yourself, you need to keep all the evidences USCIS sent you the wrong green card and all the comunications between you and USCIS about the wrong green card in case USCIS think you work illegally.  You had better also consult your lawyer for this issue.

還是我必須找到個工作？要是必須找個工作的話，找個Consultant可以嗎？緊急求助，多謝！
