再請教

I got I-140 approval in 2008. Last year I swtiched employer and transferred H1-B. At that time, i was on year 7 of H1B, but since I have I-140 approval, I got H1-B approved until 2013.

Now I may switch employer again, do I have any risk on H1-B transfer?

I do not know if my 1st employer has revoked the i-140. Do I have a way to check?

Any trouble for me to restart the GC process with the new employer?
