回複：請教non-profit H1B to industry H1B 問題

請教一下, 我現在是在大學裏做生物postdoc，屬於non-profit h1b. 想找公司的工作。請問如果
接到公司的offer， 是要重新申請H1B還是用現有的H1B進行TRANSFER？還有， 在轉industry的h1b期間或者H1B申請遞交了之後能不能開始工作，還是說要等到新的h1b拿到之後才能工作？

-You can work for the company after the H1 transfer is filed because there are still many H1 quotes available at this point. For the safe reason, you may just use premium processing to get the H1 transfer approved in 15 days and then, work for the company.
