看了兩位老師的回答之後還有點不是很清楚的地方. 我試著用我對兩位老師的回答的理解說一下, 請指正.首先這個是個ＨＩＢ的ＴＲＡＮＳＦＥＲ．皮匠老師所說的開工日期很重要, 以前名額一出來就用光了的情況下隻好等10月1日作為開工日期, 而現在名額充裕的情況下開工日期就可以是最近的可以上班的日期是吧?　

-Because 現在名額充裕, you can indicate the 開工日期 any time you want in the LCA and I-129. Thus, you can work for the new employer after the H1 transfer is filed. Also because USCIS is strict in the H1 petition due to the bad economy and your H1 transfer might be denied, especially if your new employer is a small company, you may use premium processing so that you can get the result quickly. If it is denied, you still can keep your H1 to wrok for the old employer (school). If approved, you can work for the company.

兩位老師都提到了在 H-1B transfer 過程中，可以在file了之後就去為新雇主工作，也就是說申請上的開工日期比ＦＩＬＥ的時間早就可以了是嗎？　８老師還提到了保險起見還是等ＰＰ批準了之後再開始工作，　我想如果有條件的話我一定會照８老師說的做．謝謝．
