thanks 8 teacher,I am bachelor degree, and have 6 years experience, so if I do EB2 in the future, do I qualify?
-Yes, but you have to find a position in another employer because you can not use the experience you got from your current employer for the EB2 if this EB2 is sponsored by your current employer.
what is the qualification for EB2?
-Master or bachelor with at least 5 year working experience.
6-7 years is a long waiting, still hope we can have at least one year or three year, because we feel like we will have few chance to get a new H1B. If my I-140 approved, can I Transferred to EB2 to make it faster?
-No for this enmployer, see above.
how do I do that?
The employer will welcome me back but it is a small company and my lawyer said it is hard for small company to get H1B approved now.
-It is not always true. You have got it from this company, right? You can find another lawyer to deal with your future h1 or immigration issue. As long as this employer support you, everything will go easily for you to come back. A good lawyer will handle it well. For h1, the lawyer fee normally is less than $1,000. You may send a "悄悄話" to "拖拉機手" because I remember he said his lawyer is good in here some time ago.
