thanks 8 teacher,I am bachelor degree,and have 6 years experience, so if I do EB2 in the future, do I qualify? what is the qualification for EB2?
6-7 years is a long waiting, still hope we can have at least one year or three year, because we feel like we will have few chance to get a new H1B. If my I-140 approved, can I Transferred to EB2 to make it faster? how do I do that? The employer will welcome me back but it is a small company and my lawyer said it is hard for small company to get H1B approved now.
