準備diy 485， 從HR那裏拿到了EVL，結果是這樣：

XXX serves in the Department of XXX where his duties include XXX, XXX, and XXX.

現在仔細看485的instruction，感覺這個EVL沒有confirm "that the job on which the visa
petition is based is still available to you."
-Your job responsibilities/duties have indicated this issue (must be in the same/simlar area as the old job). But the EVL needs to address that "the position is permanent though it is at will" or say "the position has no definite term and XXX (your name) has the expectation be continually employed".
請教皮匠老師,8老師這樣的EVL 有問題嗎？要不要從新準備一下？多謝多謝！！
