請教皮匠老師,8老師這樣的Employment erification Letter行嗎？

準備diy 485， 從HR那裏拿到了EVL，結果是這樣：

To whom it may concern:

 

Please be advised that XXX has been employed by XXX since XXX and currently holds the title of XXX. XXX earns a gross annual salary of $XX,XXX.00 for his primary position as XXX.

 

XXX serves in the Department of XXX where his duties include XXX, XXX, and XXX.

Should you require additional information, please contact me as indicated below.

 

....

 

現在仔細看485的instruction，感覺這個EVL沒有confirm "that the job on which the visa

petition is based is still available to you." 請教皮匠老師,8老師這樣的EVL 有問題嗎？要不要從新準備一下？多謝多謝！！
