在海外工作如何保住美國綠卡

好不容易申請到了綠卡，現在有一個很好的工作機會需要離開美國。
我的移民律師告訴我這樣我就會失去綠卡，因為我不能保證在美國每年待180天以上。 其實擔心的不是公民，我們是打算待3-4年回美國的，小孩那時也要上學了，就是怕綠卡被取消了。

想請問下是否有朋友知道如何解決這個問題！
