I got green card (NIW based) in last month and want to change job. If I move to some short time contract job such as 6 months, can I get 失業救濟 once the contract is over.
-Your green card status make you qualified for 失業救濟. So, conact the Dept. of Labor in your state for specific information.
Can you teach me more what is the creteria to get 失業救濟 ( I know lay off is ok for 失業救濟, but fired or resign can not get 失業救濟. How about the contract job when the contract is end.
