We got tired of disgusting EB3 regression date and are debating on pros and cons about filing a new EB-2 PERM. The I-485 pending EB3 is with former employer on a similar job. Our own research show generally it is ok for new employer to file a new PERM under different category but desperately need your advice on the impact (primarily potential risks) of new PERM to existing I-485 pending case. Namely will the filing of new EB2 PERM cause any audits on previous EB3 filing. Many thanks in advance.
