ask 8 teacher again, if my I-140 is turned down, I have to go back, is it most likely my future B2/1 visa will be appoved? Does I-140 mean I have immigration intent so they won't approve my any non-immigration visa?

how many % of chance on successful future B1/2 or other non-immigration visa?
