再問老師，H1B 六年限，如果我在境外呆一年，這一年內我可以用B1進出嗎？

-Yes if you are in just short visit (e.g. a couple of weeks). The dates your short visit will not be counted for staying in China. If you stay in US too long e.g. two month or more, you may not be consider to stay in China for the one year period. 

如我這一年內，B1批了，我用此在美國呆上了六個月，這六個月就不算我的境外時間，我要再在中國呆上六個月才能申請一個新的H1B？
