1, Is it ok I use transparent tape to paste the cutted USCIS envelope on EMS envelope.
-I think so. As long as it fix well, it should be fine.
Will this blur the bar code that USCIS will scan?
-I don't think so. For the safe reason, you may ask the post-man before you paste it using the tape.
My wife said nobody use glue to paste it, it will make the envelope dirty.
2, I have to use very soft EMS envelope since the hard one is too small thus I can not paste USCIS envelop without covering the code of EMS. So can I put another envelope inside soft EMS envelop to protect my documents.
-You may ask the post-man to see whether they have any better envelop for your documents sending. Tell them your requirement and they will help to to find a good solution.
