teacher 863211-485 rfe envelope

Dear Teacher 863211:

 

1, Is it ok I use transparent tape to paste the cutted USCIS envelope on EMS envelope. Will this blur the bar code that USCIS will scan?

My wife said nobody use glue to paste it, it will make the envelope dirty.

2, I have to use very soft EMS envelope since the hard one is too small thus I can not paste USCIS envelop without covering the code of EMS. So can I put another envelope inside soft EMS envelop to protect my documents.

 

I am sorry for my over nervous, saw so many people greened, can not wait any more and don't want to make any mistake.
