ur boss 's company is good for u. don't care too much about money. Get GC first!

Eb-1 or NIW depends on ur own situation, I don't know.

if u are doing research related to biochem ,chem,drugs...which is related to human health.(not restricted to this area, any area., but this area is easier) and u have some papers published. And u can ask some ppl write recommendation letters for u.NIW is better way. u can skip LC... Actually, u can file by urself as longf as ur boss provide some information and sign.

PLus if u use NIW, u can apply now ( as a PhD student)
