it is no problem.After the State Workforce Commission reviewing ur case, they will ask ur employer to post an ad.The employer posts a job advertisement in a local newspaper where the employment offer is located for at least three (3) days...
so u don't have to worry,why don't u use RIR...Regualr one is very slow(depends on state).
PERM only needs 21 days... next year it will enforced.
