我現在持有的H1簽證到11月2號過期。綠卡申請（EB1A）準備下周寄出（140和485同時遞交），當然我也讓律師給我申請了Advance Parole。
有計劃10月中下旬回國一趟（初步定在10月11--24日），但到那個時候AP未必能批下來寄到我手上。想請問：
1，如果10月下旬我回美國的時候沒有AP，可以用現在這個H1入境嗎？
-Yes as long as the H1 visa does not expire when you return to US.
如果使用H1入境，是否就意味著我的綠卡申請作廢了？
-Not affect your I-485.
2，在我呆在國內的那段時間（10月11-24日），我可以再去大使館申請一個新的H1簽證嗎？
-Not need a new H1 visa because your old H1 visa is still valid when you return. You need to bring your H1 approval notice with you so that you can get the new H1 I-94 at the port of entry.
如果萬一新的H1申請被拒絕了，而我又沒有AP，我還能用現在這個11月2日過期的H1入境嗎？這會影響綠卡申請嗎.
