8老師 and other masters (Pjiang): urgent help!!

I have been discussing my situations with 8老師. I am F1. My grace period ended last year. So, if I have an offer, the options I have in my mind are (1) start with CPT--> H1B, (2) apply for H1 B and start working on Oct 1st, (3) start with J1 --> H1B. 

  Is it possible for me to apply for a community college and use CPT there if the current university doesn't allow me to use CPT?

  Any suggestions or ideas are appreciated.
