回複：AP過期，十萬火急！請教PJIANG和86老師

我們現在是職業綠卡485 pending，先生拿AP回國，入美國時被發現AP過期，拒絕入境。原來上次他用的時候，機場的移民官在上麵蓋章，寫著11-2011 過期，原來AP簽發時寫的是6-2011過期， 我老公以為意新的有效期11-2011為準，結果被拒絕入境，3小時候後就被迫搭飛機離開美國， 我們正在十分著急，

這次的錯誤是否會影響我們的485 申請，

-If your spouse's status is L or H before he left, his I-485 will be safe and he can apply for the H1/H4 or L1/L2 visa to come back. Otherwise, hard to say, but hope the I-485 is OK.

他們在老公d的材料是寫的是自動撤銷入境申請，並不是遣返。這有什麽區別嗎

-It is big difference. "自動撤銷入境申請" has not affect anything in the future,but "遣返" will affect future entry seriously.
