I got a call from USCIS today my EAD was approved yesterday, i will get the card with 2weeks. So the new company really want me satrt next week before i receive EAD card, even approced yesterday, can I sart to work before getting my EAD card.
-Yes as long as the company has no problem about that. You are legal to work as long as the EAD is approved, but normally the employer needs to see your EAD before they let you work.
