Help, pjiang and 8 laoshi!

I got a call from USCIS today my EAD was approved yesterday, i will get the card with 2weeks. So the new company really want me satrt next week before i receive EAD card, even approced yesterday, can I sart to work before getting my EAD card. Thanks.
