3個星期之前收到RFE email，但是一直沒有收到notice，所以也不知道是被RFE了什麽。1星期之前作了SR告知會給重新寄，剛才又打了電話，talked to 2nd officer，查了一下，說還沒有寄出新的notice，說最晚還要等1星期，但是強調reply dealine不會改變。

所以----無論如何我是不可能在移民局要求時間內回複RFE了，所以我485肯定被拒。
我自己還好，保險起見一直有H1B，可是老婆2年之前就沒再續H4，而且一直用EAD在工作。
我想知道，我們485一旦被拒了，我老婆還能（如何）保持合法身份在這邊繼續工作麽？
-You can file I-129B for I-485 Motion to Reopen/reconsideration (MTR) immediately after you receive the denial notice (provide the justification documents with MTR based on the denial reasons, and normally your I-485 will be approved after MTR). After the MTR filing, your spouse can continue to work with EAD.
就算我appeal，中間也會有gap，而且移民局既然寄個RFE信都1個月還寄不到，我很懷疑他們是否能及時把拒信寄給我。
請問我老婆這種情況怎麽辦？隻能辭職回國？
