今年年初去加勒比玩，回來給了I-94，1年有效的。所以老婆雖然沒有h4，但是還有張valid I-94 till 2012。那一旦485被拒，這個I-94還有效麽？

-No. The new I-94 overwrote the old I-94. Also, she used EAD to work and thus, her status is AOS, no more H4.

如果有效，在我收到拒信到file MTR這期間肯定有gap(那就取決於移民局能多塊寄給我了)，這個期間 I-94 + EAD是否能維持她合法工作身份呢？

-After she files MTR, her AOS is reinstated and thus, she can continue to stay and use EAD to work.
