如果 EB2 PERM/I-140批了，等PD交I-485，必須是I-485>180天後才能轉相關領域的雇主，否則APPROVED I-140

-This means if your I-140 sponsor will not hire you any more, then, you can not use this approved I-140 to file I-485, otherwise, USCIS will deny your I-485.

請問，這兩種說法衝突嗎？

如果第二種說法成立，那麽隻要雇主不revoke I-140，那麽豈不是可以在回國等PD, when PD is due, can I do consular processing?

if yes, how to do CP?

-Ask your employer/I-140 sponsor to file I-824 for you for the CP.

可是我看過 8老師曾經說過，在等PD的時候可以不跟雇主工作(離開雇主到其他雇主工作)，直等到PD current 了，遞I-485的時候再回到原雇主那裏上班直到拿綠卡(或>180天) ，也行。
