Many thanks, andWX! Still have some concern about canceling the first I-140, as I heard I-485 must be supported by an I-140. One of my friends suggested me to send the I-140 approval notice to INS, without canceling the first, does this make sense? Sorry for responsing you late, as I met promble to log in in the past few days.
