請教法居士: I485 switch

法居士

I filed two I-140s. the first one is EB1-OR based, concurrent with I-485, still pending after RFE; the second one got approved (NIW) recently. May question: if I can switch the I-485 to the NIW case. Your help is greatly appreciated!
