我現在可以提供4，5，6月的pay stubs,如果7月底之前遞交H1 transfer是否可行？
誰能給我個官方鏈接什麽的，說明H1 transfer 可以有1個月gap,我好給對方HR的人看，現在我說的話對方也不聽啊！執意要重新申請H1，讓我回國等簽證。我上次回來剛剛被check了4周，更換雇主再被check一次就慘了。。
-Don't tell your new employer about your current employment will be ended in the end of June because this is not your new employer's bussiness. You just provide the old H1 approval notice and 提供4，5，6月的pay stubs to the new employer to do the h1 transfer. I am confident you will get your H1 transfer approval with the I-94 and thus, you do not need to go outside US to get the h1 visa.
