急問一個Eb3轉EB2的問題。今天我剛知道EB2的排期大前進，我的pd是07年7月份但是eb3.所以急著想看能不鞥新辦個EB2。我以前谘詢過公司律師，她說的是，如果我想辦EB2，就要重新file一個perm，但是我必須要是在加入我們公司之前就滿足這個EB2 perm的資格。

------ 不同意你律師的意見，我覺得你隻需要在file這個新的EB2 PERM 之前（不是進公司之前），滿足新的EB2 PERM資格就行。 這個理解如果有錯誤，請皮匠， 8老師指正。

-What the lawyer meaned is that you can not use the working expeirence in the same company to apply for the EB2 PERM position and this is true. If you have Master's degree and that will be fine for Eb2 as long as the position rquires Master's degree. If you only have bachelor degree, you have to have 5 years of related working experience before you joined this company. Of course, you can use this working experience in this company for the EB2 sponsored by another company.

現在我的問題就是，我不知道如果現在我辦EB2，perm要以我現在的工作title辦嗎？因為從我辦EB3開始到現在都升過職了，以我現在的title辦perm，我肯定沒有辦法滿足我加入公司以前就符合條件。但是如果按我之前升職前的title辦，這樣可行嗎？
