隻是當時辦綠卡的時候，我的manager把那個職位寫成了本科加三年工作經驗或者master，所以律師就按eb3辦了。現在的情況是，我如果重新辦eb2，可以按照我升職前的職位辦嗎？比如那個職位就是要求minimal master。
-Position name does not matter, but the job responsibilities should reuire Matser.s degree. Talk to your lawyer and he/she know how to do it.
因為我現在的職位要求master加3年工作經驗，這個是我在加入公司以前的情況是不滿足的。
-This working experience requirement will be an issue. You may talk to the employer whether the psoition requirement can be changed to Master's or bachelor plus 5 years experience.
